Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy of the Savingsplans of the Lustrum is as follows:
- In case you miss one of the payments, a fee of €10 will be charged to your account per missed payment.
- After missing 2 payments, you are required to fulfill all outstanding payments before the following month. If you are unable to do so your savings plan will be canceled when 3 consecutive payments missed or if you still have outstanding payments.
- Cancelation of your savings plan after 2 months is not possible anymore
- In case your savings plan is stopped for any reason, you will receive 30% back.
- In case you did not fulfill the total fee, you will be suspended from all La Confrerie related events until this payment is settled, including the extra fee.
There is a strict no-refund policy on the separate ticket sale. It is possible to resell your ticket to someone else, if you do this please inform the treasurer via treasurer@laconfrerie.eu.
Additionally, when tickets are purchased through different platforms (as is the case for the alumni sale) the responsibility falls on the member and any financial differences cannot be refunded by La Confrérie.
